RCS: Fix Hearts Finally
What the problem
I have lot of those hearts, 900+... I guess it all comes from comments posted during past years. But authors of good topics may have not so many hearts ( like this one ).
So I want to give them hearts :) but there is two annoying issues:
- Bug that shows heart for topic where I actually still didn't gave this heart.
- I can't know if I already gave heart to some topic or still not other than click on button and see if count become bigger or lesser.
What proposed
- Fix damn bug finally.
- Make button highlighted if I already gave heart for this topic (same as "Upvote" button)

This issue should be fixed since last night, so I'm marking this as Done.
Cool, now this issue need to be fixed - I had "0" notifications about some comments going on inside my topic, just saw it become "Fixed" so came inside to check.
We'll look into it.
Offtopic but, you know, when people do things for you for free on their own free time, saying thanks every now and then comes a long way.
In addition to this: When new users appear on RCS to provide ideas in their own free time, FG, not beating them down with harsh prose goes a VERY long way.
Most ironic thing here is the fact that I know about your reply here only from WickedInsignia screenshot posted in other topic...
RCS show me that you comment posted 2 days ago and here how my notifications look like. I have no idea that you replied me. You find it right? I don't think so.
I had remind you about this notification issue only because I find it really critical one for such place where people want to communicate and discuss things.
About "thank you". I gave heart to your comment about issue fixed, is it not enough? Of course I thank you. Did I have to made some "thanking" show? Personally me don't like when someone thank me too loud, if I wish to help someone - I just help, no need thanks me. Maybe I am wrong in such statement.
About doing something for free - I had posted this image somewhere in comments ,where again was discussed RCS issues and why they can't be "just fixed". Imgir say it was uploaded two years ago.
I remember - I had proposed to make separate donation fund for people who maintain RCS. I was about to pay monney to kepp things work here. Maybe this is the right way? Instead of saying all the time that this place maintained for free.
All he's asking for is a "thank you" but sure, go ahead and write a few paragraphs about why you shouldn't have to say it.
Does he did this fix for me and only me? NO!!! Why nobody said thanks to him for that (as well as you)? Because no one care about this issue (as well as you). Wny no one said thanks to me for raising this issue up when no one care? Because no one care on me evem more (as well as you)... All you doing is trying to make me look like some great evil when I am not such.
First look at yourself before blaming me for not saying "thank you"....
The two points that you mention are part of the same bug. It's known and has been reported on a related issue.
Since this is not a proposal, I think we really need a new "meta" community outside of RCS. To discuss ideas/issues about the site itself including GraphicAll and other communities.

The back and forward not working on my Firefox (icons < >, and by RMB as list of posts I visited)when going to next idea and want back to previous.
