Passepartout default to 1.0

I believe that the PassePartout a new camera should default to 1 and not 0.5.

A high PassePartout makes framing the camera much easier when working near the edges of the frame.

Your mind likes to play tricks on you. I have framed a camera "perfectly" and then later set the PassePartout to 1, only to find out that my subject is cut out of the frame in an undesirable way.

I know this is a small change. However, the amount of time spent trying to figure out which of the drop-downs PassePartout is under is more than I'd like to admit.
