better reordering User UI Tabs
Currently we can send a tab to first o last. Have sense to have capacity to order the tab just one position back o further

I like it more with drag and drop such as firefox web browser
I don't have a copy of 2.8 open in front of me can someone check ... Can we drag tabs to change their order?
Currently you can't. If you hlod down your click and slide, it just changes the displayed workspace. Hopefully the drag'n'drop will come later.
