Add "Set Offset from Cursor" to the Collection Properties Tab

Most people don't know about this and are missing out on a lot of Collection functionality.

It would help greatly if it was also in a more logical and easier to find location like the Collection Properties tab.

I want it to be in both places because when an object is in multiple collections it helps to quickly set a pivot point for all collections by having them all listed in the Collections section of the Object Properties tab.

For example all of these collections contain the same Table object and each is a different assortment of objects on the table and the main collection is all of the clutter on top of a table. The main collection and each sub-collection can each be made into its own Asset for reuse in other scenes.

Think of a large hotel lobby with many seating areas and a slightly different messy coffee table for each of them.

For various reasons the coffee table might not be at [0,0,0] when I decide to turn it into all of these assets and I need Collection Instances based on these collections to each have sensible origin points so I need to set that for every collection:

Or maybe in contex menu RMB for collection object ? And maybe should be option to "link function" from GUI/Menu to other to resolve problems with some operators to offer easy move operator to any place as PIE? Also maybe some "macro" and "macro list" (repeated steps from logs -> History of events on view port or other actions on GUI )
