History of events on viewport or other actions on GUI
As a Lamer user of blender 2.8 series doing many mistakes and stupid changes. Want easy turn back to the last good view, but not like many ctr+z/undo click, just position (inspired by Adobe Photoshop history). Due that need window with the list of last events on viewport or other actions on GUI like log with bpy.ops This window can be under "material propetieis" with icon as left clockwise on click. It be great to exclude some steps in whole history if possible - like on log, we have checkbox/function icon, maybe can be turned off/on this checkbox to ommit this action.

Maya has a separate undo stack for moving the user point of view in the viewport. Blender would benefit from having the same thing as well as another undo stack just for the 3d cursor location.
Can be joined with: Transformation values and states as Overlays (active to click or icons on history) blender.community/c/rightclickselect/Vfhbbc/
Are you talking about this - Undo History menu?
Or you need a separate Undo-history for just Viewport view-changes, like
Previous View
in some proprietary software? Have you tried to create Cameras or to use Stored Views plugin?

* @ManBlender * Yeah, I totally agree that Undo History list could be more verbose. And if I had a bigger screen, I would also love to dock it, 'cause I use it alot :)
* @ManBlender * Next to "Functions" or used tool, can be value, and if the values have many of then.. then hide/show eg. (...) - not sure Still thinking about strong relation betwen BPY logs
