modeling issue
Interactive addition does not include planes, circles, polygons, curves, etc. It would be even better if the edge length could be displayed during interactive modeling like Plasticity, or if parameters such as edge shapes could be changed directly by pressing shortcut keys

It should be avoided to combine multiple proposals into one post. The votes of the proposal become meaningless, which affects their sorting among other proposals, and the discussions about them in the comments become incredibly tedious.
Before posting, verify if Blender already offers the desired feature and check for existing proposals on RCS. If similar proposals exist, upvote and comment on them instead of creating new ones. This approach reduces noise and ensures that proposals gain better visibility.
Make it its own proposal.
This is weirdly phrased, I had to read it multiple times. Are you asking to make the "Subdivide" operator into a modal operator and allow using the mousewheel to set the level of subdivision? I believe I have seen such a proposal before, but I can't find it.
While sounding reasonable if you add only a couple subdivisions, in practice people could use this on already dense mesh, or just roll the wheel too much. It would be a bit too easy to go too far in subdivision levels and make Blender freeze or even crash. The non-modal nature of the Subdivide is a safety net here.
See if this doesn't fit what you ask, even partially, and comment there if you wish to add to it: Proportional Editing: Activate during transform — Right-Click Select

Yes, use Python.
What?
Okay, okay, sorry, my English is not very good and I have no experience posting for the first time. I purely relied on translating to English to have a conversation with you. What I mean is, for example, can a plane subdivision have 5 horizontal loop cut and 3 vertical loop cut? Different cutting times
