RCS: Improvements around RCS

Want suggest:

  1. Mention for user like @user
  2. Turn back the help around markdown language
  3. RSS web feed (xml/atom) for new topis (by categories, tags), whole comments
  4. Fix for distinction for topic that is actually opened (the orange arrow on right is duplicated), the orange board around topic in topics list can be ok
  5. Give to RCS category RCS and Addon candidate
  6. Give to comments link the user name, eg. (? can be neutral)

(Some other suggestions) and to the topics blender.community/c/rightclickselect/LZJ4/

  1. Filer topics by "User" as "Own" under "Hot", "New", "Top"

  • just eliminate comments from topics or divide by tabs this types of activity around notifications panel

  1. Give search by Google Search
  2. Input search sized to the frame of post topic, with combo to change Google search as point.8
  3. Maybe some user stats like github ?
  4. Mark the topics that was read (eg. gray color as darkener to black, when not read more light)
  • When going forward and back on topics, then marked topic in list is gone way and hard to back (Then good to search unread and read topics/comments too)

Looks like after watching post that was liked etc. the notification does not disappear from the counter on alert icon - should. In other way must click "Mark all as read" - but if not read all, then problem. @pablo ?

I think trackback for comments can be good around RCS, this can help recognize similar topics, ideas, etc. relations.

1+ | 2+ | 3 have no ideas what is RSS | 4 donno | 5 what mean RCS categoty? | 6 you mean name of user you reply? if yes + | 7 you can filter own topics by searching for user=*** where *** user name | 8 - | 9 have read few times - can't get the point | 10 so what then, we here for looking for ideas, not for counting stars | 11+

Overall - you want so much and everything at once, things not work this way. Half of proposed I'd vote + half - or ~ so how should I vote )) ?

  2. Right now on RCS for RCS ideas we using "Meta" can be "RCS" as category

  3. Yes, check 2 links by mouse to see, coz RCS hiding end of url

  4. It's not so friendly and for new users, combolist in Search with functions can be more easy

  5. We can search topics, but hard to find in content also comments (sometimes is useful knowledge and information)

  6. The input field for search is small, can be wider with start from post size (then "Search" text align to right, allow "Options" icon about search, with "X" to delete input field)

  7. We can see some stats about topics, what is discuses in depth, the area of users focus, on github helping around organization to do some synchronization with cooperation (eg. time division for analyze topics, comments, votings - it's summarizing some collective results of RCS around topics, can be as indicator). I believe that Product Owner is connected to data base by Power Business or Tabelau to analyze this all? )
