Allow syncronizing viewport (3d view) perspectives

While editing or sculting an object it would be nice to have multiple viewports with different settings from identical angles and perspective. Currently the only workaround is to use "Lock camera to view" as described in blender.stackexchange.com/a/124730/3413

Optionally such a feature might allow adjusting which settings are synchronized. For example, somebody might want to synchronize only the orientation of the viewport but not the zoom.

In addition to model editing and sculpting, this kind of feature could be used to render small view of the larger editor area to reduce GPU load while moving objects or lights. Sometimes using a Camera for this limits your other options.

You can kinda do this already. Bit of a workaround though, because it only works in camera view:

The same thing was running in my mind, it will be very handy. i think there should be a toggle in the middle of the split line to sync on/off. And also If we right-click on that button then it should pop-up the window so that we can select what to sync and what not.
