Node warning tooltip on collapsed nodes
Currently the warning tooltip is hidden if the node having the warning is collapsed. This makes it difficult to debug group nodes with warnings and the node tree has many collapsed nodes.

This could be a quick and fun one for the community to pickup, so I made a "Good First Issue" task: projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/163386
for me, it seems like a bug for a bugtracker
