Reference Image Empty as specific category for visibility panel

I know this visibility panel collects all objects by TYPE, but I think would be helpfull to add specific empty_deisplay_type 'IMAGE'.

There is a previous distinction type inside the add panel: Older request similar to this proposal. Separate reference images from overlay's "extras" this proposes global overlay setting for image empties.
