Smart settings: 2D Viewport/Canvas behaviors (e.g., Pan) for Grease Pencil on Draw Mode
Hey, folks!
This is a special proposition for Blender artists who have already background experience with 2D software. It is my case, naturally.
The screenshot is good ilustration mayhap. But, just to be as clear as possible:
[ MMB-Drag ], SHOULD NEVER, NEVER-EVER, BE A DEFAULT "3D Viewport Rotate" when the 2D artist, inside Blender, is drawing Grease Pencil on Draw Mode. Instead, it should SWITCH (temporarily, and just on Draw Mode) its original Blender Shortcut [ MMB-Drag ] with the original Blender Shortcut of Panning of the 3D Viewport [ Shift+MMB-Drag ].
The other Options (in the screenshot)... are less relevant but also interesting. (I have explained all of that... but my original post was lost to the 'void' as a "draft", as Blender Community system called it. Looks like a bug. Apparently I posted without setting a "Category". LOST 5 PARAGRAPHS OF METICULOUS DESCRIPTIONS of this proposal!!!
Hope you like the idea folks. Thanks!
PS: I myself Marked this as a Duplicate, because this idea was an expansion of an already existing Request.
