As the picture shows. I think modifying Blender to use its own controls is a better choice. It should look like this.

Title bar currently is managed by OS.
So if you set title bar color to black in windows it will be black (but for all programs). I have red color for current window, and gray for unactive:

I emphasize two points. First, use the accent color to color the title bar. You cannot use pure black because black cannot be used as accent color. Second, coloring the title bar with accent colors has no effect on inactive windows.And，the other thing……, as a result, you will see a bunch of white windows with black title bar hats
Because of this, we want to see a dark title bar. Just like Chrome and Office 365 do.
