Sticky Add Modifier drop-down menu

When you want to add a modifier from the drop-down menu, the menu goes away when you scroll down the modifier list. You have to scroll back up to make the Add Modifier drop-down menu reappear. The larger your modifier stack, the more inconvenient this becomes.

Hence I'd love the Add Modifier drop-down menu to become sticky, so it remains visible regardless of scrolling down the modifier stack.
