Grease Pencil for the web

Hello everyone. I propose the following for the Grease Pencil:

• Draw [Rounded]Rectangles
• Draw [Rounded]Polygons/stars
• Animate objects with SMIL (Non-Z Scale/Rotate/Translate, with animDur & similar tags - see cheat-sheets.org/own/svg/index.xhtml )
• Stroke dashing
• Fill/Stroke Color/Gradient/Empty
• Line markers
• Fill rule
• Defs - (see cheat-sheets.org/own/svg/index.xhtml )
• Distort/Skew/Rotate/Scale/Translate/Offset Element/Selection
• Export [animated] SVG
• Text support (see RTF Text element proposal here: blender.community/c/rightclickselect/tqhbbc/ )
