Layer domain for Sort Elements node

Grease pencil layers, each have a unique index which indicates their depth. So, it only makes sense to change their indices to change their order, which in geometry nodes is normally done using the Sort Elements node. However, this node currently lacks a layer domain, making layer rearrangement through geometry nodes impossible.
