Grease Pencil 2.8 Eraser

Hey, I don’t know if this is already in the making, but I think the Grease pencil rubber would be far more effective if it wouldn’t just delete points from the pencil stroke but instead actually create a new edge. Especially useful when working with (filled) shapes rather than lines. The Adobe Illustrator Eraser works similarly: media.giphy.com/media/dYdozR39zhmr0m96XG/giphy.gif
