Camera controls resolution

This is useful especially if we copy cameras across files or have multiple cameras in a scene. Instead of having a single render resolution, maybe Blender could attach the resolution to the camera. This means that we can have scenes with multiple cameras where one is a horizontal 1080p and the other is, say, 1440p orthographic. This also makes things easier if we copy cameras across files- if I copy an orthographic camera with a specific resolution and paste it in a new file, I'll get the camera WITH the resolution.

On Blender Today, Pablo said that anything in blender can be animatable if it's just allowed in the code. So, Resolution can be animated very easily, it just needs a single variable to be changed in the code. However, this was disabled for resolution, because this corrupts video files when rendering them. Which, i think, is a terrible workaround. Not only is it not enough of a reason to disable it (Could just warn about it instead), bu the right solution would be to check what the biggest values of resolution are in the animation and render black bars when rendering to a video file...

This can be good reason to talks about modyficator-to-camera as "resolution changer" blenderartists.org/t/add-modyficator-to-camera-in-blender/1311248
