make voice dictation work again inside of blender

the "Input Method" setting was removed in a recent version of Blender. It is no longer possible to use alternative input methods, such as voice dictation software, to input text and commands into Blender. I use Nuance Dragon professional individual dictation with a headset, which is so far the most effective means possible of inputting text that currently exists as of Sun 01.01.23.1354 since it's the only voice dictation software that allows youto keep the microphone on for indefinite periods.

I find it useful in most 3D applications for naming layers quickly. also for finding nodes. I have no problem with using voice dictation inside of Houdini which allows me to build node networks quickly. Please acknowledge that this is one way blender is behind and let me know if you guys add this feature back.

If it used to work, especially if it is helpful to people with disabilities, it really should not have been removed. I suggest posting this as bug or regression on the dev site and dev forum.

Man I was going to suggest VOICE INPUT, but luckily I did a search and found this (and other results). It's great they added it already, I think it can speed up work quite a bit, and also save users from learning several shortcuts. Now the question: why they took it away??? I would really like to say "normals flip" or "vertex merge by distance 0.1" or "rotate axis Z 90 degrees"... THIS is the future.
