Implementing Spoken Content Accessibility in Blender

I propose a new feature for Blender to enhance accessibility by enabling spoken content for text elements. This feature would allow users to hover over text with the pointer to activate text-to-speech, similar to macOS's accessibility tools, but specifically tailored for Blender. Currently, macOS's built-in spoken content doesn’t function within Blender, nor does Blender’s API support this functionality directly. Introducing this feature would greatly benefit visually impaired users with strong potential in 3D design, reducing barriers and fostering inclusivity within the Blender community.
