Wow !!! True, both proposals exactly alike, I had not seen John Hamilton post when I published my proposal. But you're right, it is a duplicate.
For me a big step towards a more intuitive handling of the Sequencer! G, R and S to manimulate a strip like in other editors seems actually quite logical. Also saving excessive cluttering of the strip stack by embedding transform effects - great!
