Autoscroll in the Outliner
When click dragging an object, sometimes a collection will be out of view, it would be nice if it scrolls automatically when the object is dragged to the edge of the frame.

I would also love to see an option for the Outliner to track selection, always centering on the current selected object.
And also Shift+click for multiple selection
Marking this as done since Nathan Craddock added this the other day! Thanks to the generic operator that Hans Goudey made for dragging panels around.

This would also be great for the node editor.
And autoscrolling in dropdown menues without reaching for the keyboard or mousewheel - for all the people working on graphics tablets.
