VSE Text tool OUTLINE & SHADOW

The text tool is (less than) amazing, but it should have the option for highlight using an "oultine" as well as the simple drop shadow. Speaking of drop shadow you should be able to choose the direction, offset and blur as well as opacity. These options should apply to the outline as well, with the option of having both on at the same time.
