Curve cap fill
Curve > Geometry > Bevel > [ Fill Caps ]
Looking for three cap-filling options for the curve: Ngon, Triangulated, and Grid Fill. Additionally, in Geometry Nodes, the cap-filling node should support these same options.

Another cool one that was suggested by users is quad fan (similar to triangle fan but with quads).
Curves are going through rewrite projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/105253 so maybe we will see new fill types?
