VSE Text Strip, please honor New-Line and Line-feed (and other) formating Requests

I was happy to discover that the 0.0 to 1.0 range of text strip X & Y positioning could be over-ridden. This makes it possible to make scrolling text in the VSE, with a text strip. To complement this, though, I would like the text strip field to also detect such formatting codes as '\n' (can't think of other examples at the moment).

Reason? Some text/prose, use lines to express breathing patterns, or rhythms. When this is done, it is more important to move to another line, than it is to break a phrase at a space-character, or fit into a column defined by a percentage of the screen size. This is a situation visible in English, where odes, and poems (and music lyrics) can be broken up more by thought (or rhythm) groupings, rather than by line width.

Right now, to have music lyrics generated in the VSE, using text strips, I can think of two ways:

  1. Stack separate text strips over one another, each re-positioned to accommodate its own line length and position.

  2. Guess-timate the longest line of text, in a text strip, and pad the shorter individual lines with space-characters. This will cause the current text-strip width detector to move down to the next line, approximately where needed.

A line-feed detection could solve this problem.

I ran into this issue too when trying to make nameplates for a video. Could one design goal be to support everything that the Text object supports? I know it handles newlines.
