New rotation function in Array modifier
I was thinking about adding a rotation mode directly I'm the array modifier. This consists in selecting the axis for rotation and angle for each object of the array and each one augments it's rotation respective to the previous object. For example adding the array, select 10 object and select rotation to create a rounded shape
This idea was marked as a duplicate of Circular Array Modifier (spin in mod form).

Can you set it to 100% completed or is it automatic?
All right, the solution is the same so that will still be fie. Thank you for answering
Hello,
The current Array modifier allows for circular arrays using the Object Offset (choose an Empty as the Offset Object, and rotate it). If you were thinking of a more general solution (which just happens to include circular arrays), that is what Geometry Nodes are for. The Array modifier came up during the development of GN as an example of how GN would allow greater flexibility than the traditional modifier.
Also, the Array modifier only works with one object, but GN would allow someone to, as you describe, use multiple objects and position/rotate them however you want on the array (which could be any curve you wish, not just straight lines and circular arcs). For instance, a necklace or bracelet with different gems or charms at locations you choose. None of this is as straightforward as you envision (set a rotation, select 20 objects). But once one creates the GN node tree (with all its algebra and trigonometry), using it could be as simple as you describe.
Maybe they don't want to use geometry nodes?
True. I was hoping to include this by implication in noting the difficulty of initial GN set-up. What I refrained fromm adding is that I do not think the devs will allocate time to add features to a modifier which replicates functionality in GN (my opinion based on no internal information).
As an aside, I'm not saying to not do this. I do find, though, that a lot of proposals go without a response (even when downvoted). When I can, I add my 2 cents so as to not leave people hanging.
