Make Material list ALT+LMB-draggable

File-browser and Outliner are easy to navigate by using the ALT+LMB drag method. This makes browsing large amount of data a breeze. This is especially great when using tablet such as Wacom, because it minimizes the need to move your pen hand to keyboard. It would be highly appreciated if Material lists (and why not other lists as well) could be ALT+LMB-draggable.

This small adjustment would make artists' workflow thousand times more efficient and enjoyable. Thank you team Blender!
