Snap Settings

Thanks to @IIIFGIII for pointing me to this post .

Seems that in this day and age we have no way of changing the Snap Increment size (ie. if I want to snap to 0.05). The rotational snap increment can't be changed either, now 5 deg.

This change would be particularly useful when using Snap Selection to Grid, which has limited use as of writing.

There is a workaround where we can change the Unit Scale, but it would be better if we didn't have to resort to workarounds for something as integral as Snap Increment.

Check this one about "Parameters for snapping increments" . Please use search before create suggestions, one word " increment " in this case is enough.
