Have UV Island Mode in "Keep UV and Edit Mesh Mode Selection in Sync"

Enabling this mode is crucial for me but not being able to go into Island mode is also crucial, I can't be the first person who has brought this up... this is more for the users transitioning from other 3d packages to blender

The whole UV editing blender workflow needs work... Everything about the selection modes is very inconsistent.

* @penguinburger1 * coouldnt agree more, im a game dev coming from maya its VERY difficult to wrap my head around uvs in blender, some things dont make sense from a traditional uv understanding and its very bizarre how blender handles them even for me, cant imagine how new guys are comprehending this wizardry

* @penguinburger1 * Agreed. I made a suggestion months ago about making the UV maps always visible when selecting an object even when outside of Edit Mode, like how it's done in programs like Maya.

Fixing this would be a good start to getting UV mapping in Blender on par with other 3D softwares.

I already explain that in topic devtalk.blender.org/t/uv-sync-suppose-to-act-like-isolation-tool-and-kept-select-uv-mode/26873

but what it needed is to be streaming between 3d and uv and not as separate. blender.community/c/rightclickselect/BDcbbc/

Easy - Select Linked as MB4 or 5. It work only in Face selection but it work ....I use it in this way from very start useng Blender. Image (Cursor in GIF not adjust real position because of 4k + scaling) Image
