Set default target and owner space for constraints in preferences
When i add copy location/scale/rotation/transform etc constraints the target and owner space is always on world space, which i never need. I always have to change it into Local space, so it would save lots of time to have a setting in preferences that let me decide the default
space.

Hello! I've added a proposal for a feature that lets you set your own default values , which might help with this issue...as well as many others 😁 Would be interested to hear what you think!
Yes, admittedly, it's annoying. I suppose the decision to set this as the default for any constraint is because it's the "lowest level" of spaces in Blender. I don't think changing it, although possibly practical, is the most consistent option.
While you can't manipulate Blender's native operators (panel constraint, bone constraint, and add constraint with target), it is possible to create custom operators that do that work, and add a layer that allows you to "pre-select" the space in which your newly added constraints will work.
