Please honor the numlock key status

On windows, when you are typing text with numlock turned off, the Home/End/PgUp/PgDown and Number pad Arrow keys on the num pad are not honored, and they do not work correctly. For folks who use the number pad, it makes using the text editors in Blender extremely cumbersome (as well as making it annoying to interact with any text boxes, including the file open/save dialogs, as well as the rename dialog).
