Colored backgrounds for marker region

When you're using lot of markers in animation editors they kinda lose their purpose. They're just plain text and very hard to see line, so they just clutter your editor instead of helping you mark things.

To help out, Blender can use colored backgrounds for marked regions like some other softwares. You right click on the marker, select color and it colors the background all the way to next marker.
