Make the tooltip movable at the viewport by unlock/undock feature (Ex: Snap at the bottom right of viewport)
Hello guys. I would like to propose a feature that would make the transform tool tooltip/data widget be movable inside the viewport by unlock feature. This would allow the user to drag and drop the tooltip to a different location inside the viewport. Ex: Snap the tooltip at the bottom right corner of the 3d viewport similar to how sketchup does it.
The drag and drop functionality also would have some kind of snapping element, making positioning easier when trying to move it according to preference.
1.)
Unlock and drag the tooltip to the preferred space
2.)

3.)
Additional option : Attach the tooltip to the cursor when transoform tool is used
Thanks.

@johnpdelacruz26: cmon dude, you've been here long enough to know better than to spam this sort of stuff repeatedly.
* @testure * Sorry man. I am just trying to propose two functionalities into one feature (movable tooltip and transform cursor with the tooltip).
I might have failed to clarify it. I may have to remove this post if it still turns out the same.
* @johnpdelacruz26 * Perhaps it would make more sense to update the other proposal to include moving the feedback region (it's not a tooltip) rather than posting a new one with mostly the same proposal.
* @Jason van Gumster * I undersrand. Nice try though, just as what @impacman has said.
* @Jason van Gumster * Problem is that " update " not move suggestion to " newer " filter list top so no one will never know about any update. Previous one was long time ago... It will never gain more votes because of some addition posted as update.
If we will have functionality to merge suggestions - to post addition as some new one + merged old one will have sense. People can vote or not for this new ( if this addition good or not) + can go and check linked suggestion. Also with such merging addition in context of previous suggestion can be proposed not by author of first suggestion.
* @IIIFGIII * That would be a cool idea. That would be similar to some traditional forums where you can have a specific notification type for a certain topic or thread.
This would make discussion more continous and easily accesible in the long run even if the post is already dated.
indeed: Relevant Proposal
Just another try)
