I use the blender video editor all the time. One problem I find is that the transform slip is really annoying when i have lots of cut up clips and i have millions of them every where, so why can't we have that feature on the images and videos clips them self so that you can change the position and scale and rotation on the clip itself there for saving time and an unnecessary step.

Let you move, scale, or rotate, the selected image or video in the movie clip editor viewing area with the S G and R keys Which would be alot easier than opening up a panel and changing some settings
