Paint like substance painter - multiple textures at once

Hi,

there should be some sort of simultaneous painting on different textures..diffuse/epecular/normals... and a system to hold different color settings per texture

this would make blender a better painting program like substance painter

painting one texture at a time is middle-agy at best
