Filebrowser window should use CTRL + L

I believe that most Blender users already rely heavily on keyboard shortcuts. One that I have been using a lot in my OS is CTRL + L to get to the address bar. Copy-pasting folder locations when I want to save / export things to certain folders is really easy this way.

The CTRL + L shortcut is widely used in file browsers and internet browsers to go to the address bar. Could this also be applied to the Blender File browser window?

* @ThinkingPolygons * So they added CTRL+F but no CTRL+L? It's a pretty standard shortcut though.

* @swolfschristophe * , fwiw, I see Chrome uses it, although I'd never known before.

CTRL+L seems a LOT more useful. Although an OS-standard file dialog seems even more useful.
