Is it possible to make lines in graph editor clickable?
being able to click only on verts is sometimes difficult :(
Edit: Clicking like in maya. select the whole line and being able to move it ^^
it would be great (overlapping line could work like overlapping verts/points now)

Hello Pablo,
Do you know if there are any new nodes for particle nodes?
Last July it seemed to gain interest, also from the UI magician Hans Goudey, but after that we didn't hear anything about it, and nobody reviewed the patches.
Thanks for the space and the continuous development of Blender!

Hey Pablo, hope you’re doing well!
What are some good resources for learning to write patches for Blender? I have so many ideas for new modifiers, textures, etc, but I get that the developers are constantly busy and have their hands full, so I would like to try writing patches for these features myself. My experience with coding is limited to 3 college courses on Java for business. My planned college degree (and probably career) is more in the animation field than the computer science field, so this will probably have to be a skill I develop on the side.
I’ve heard the suggestion that I get my feet wet by writing addons in Python, and I get that, but from looking at the tutorials, it looks like the Python API can only do so much, and I fail to see how it will help me learn how to work with Blender’s underlying C code and write actual patches for actual new features.

[LAST WEEK REPOST] Hey, Pablo! How is it going? First of all, thank you so much for your great work you've been doing with thr Blender Today livestreams. I've never felt so close to a software community before and never saw anything like these livestreams. I saw recently that Godot is doing some livestreams too, and, probably (in my opinion), it may have had some Blender influence on this. Thanks again, you are breathtaking! ❤
My question is: speaking of community, will the next
blender.community
website version have more supported redirectional links such as
blender.today?
Here are some ideas for links:
Hi Pablo - is the Compositing Performance which was on the 2.91 roadmap being worked on, and have the developers been working with the Compositor-Up branch?

Hi pablo! question, why is blender 2.90 so unstable? i read not long ago that youre all using master to add features instead of a separate branch, what does this mean for us who want to work with the latest releases/features?
also, have you checked the "compositor up" branch on graphicall? maybe you could hit the dev to work along blender devs to merge into master?

hi Pablo, thank you for your and Blender team hard work! My question: when expecting improvements in texture painting part of Blender?
developer.blender.org/T81211
– reported a bug recently about brush performance.
I see Blender very good at hand–painting texturing, but missing only a bit mainly in brush system. Minimum brush size, brush stroke preview, aligning with normal mesh, easy managing brushes etc.

Hi Pablo, I'm curious as to how third party (commercial) DCC's go about implementing bridges to their software within Blender? I know there has been a lot of discussion about it in the past as Blender's GPL license is restrictive in that sense, yet with rendering engines like Render Man recently announcing support for Blender, I'm wondering how they were able to get around it? It would be great to see Substance or Houdini Engine plugins available for Blender but from reading official forum posts it seems like there's not an easy way to create a bridge, even if it's made to be open source.

Hey Pablo, Recently there has a lot of awesome updates coming to blender such as custom bevel for text and curves using a graph. Can such customization using graph be implemented for pressure sensitivity for sculpting and texture painting such as this proposal I made on Right Click Select:

Hey Pablo, this has come up in a couple different episodes, so thought it would be fun to solve the mystery of how to pronounce my name XD
It’s French, so it’s similar to Spanish the pronunciation you are using now, just the ending is different. Instead of “Lapalmei” it’s “Lapalm”. The name literally means “the hand” - “La palme” (almost the same in Spanish too right?).
Silliness aside, I actually do have a question! It’s 2.9 and 3.0 isn’t that far away, which is crazy. I heard that if there were a time to break long standing conventions for blender, something like 3.0 might be it. I was wondering if you were to break something in blender, for the better, what would it be?
Personally, I think I might like to see vertex groups reworked to just generic “grouping”, allowing for vertex, edge and face groups to be made and used in every modifier.
