Robert P. Smith, born in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn in 1945, is a distinguished writer and scholar. A graduate of Syracuse University with dual bachelor’s degrees and a Master of Science, he served as Graduate Student President and editor of the Graduate Newsletter.
