Last action in BPY [bpy.ops.action.last()] - to repeat and to real implementation
The proposal is to get by BPY last action to repeat and to real implementation
-
bpy.ops.action.last()- last (0 as default) -
bpy.ops.action.last(0)- last -
bpy.ops.action.last(1)- penultimate -
bpy.ops.action.last(2)- 2nd in history, etc.
Or
old()
coz exist
new()
-
bpy.ops.action.old()
Looks it's lack of this function, the python not returning event for all actions/operations docs.blender.org/api/current/bpy.ops.action.html
Was proposal as:
blenderartists.org/t/repeat-last-action-transformation-in-edit-mode/1159592
Eg. it's important to move object to the collections, or make child for parent, add material, etc. By this we can run last script that was executed, etc.
Operations can be loged to the files
- Improvements around LOGS, errors, crashes, reports
- History of events on viewport or other actions on GUI
- Adjust Last Operation panel for Toggle Local View
- Adjust Last Operator panel for Frame Selected command.
- Options to keep the operator panel visible at all times.
- Zoom level, input like scaling values, etc. and ctr+z
User can select in option what type operations/actions can log in the script console from BPY API. After ctr+z, the operation can be repeated but
changed by parameters
and executed - eg. in console option (RMB -
repeat
or
copy to exceute
- then edit in cmd).

We need a option to print in console any last operation/action. blender.community/c/rightclickselect/YyMM/
