UV island having colors in order to detect islands that are overlapping
I'll love to see a feature in blender that enables the artist visually detect UV islands that are overlapping with each other with dedicated colors.

* @IIIFGIII * What the point of pointing to old duplicates? No one will be checking 4 year old proposals. At least there is small chance that someone will see the newest one.
* @zelfit * Point to NOT stack unlinked somehow duplicates and spread votes between such duplicates. Actually - better if users will check search and not stack duplicates.
Before I saw here user Jason van Gumster administrator activity sometimes. Then he closed such topics with marks " Duplicate ". But now, fo long time, I dont see any administrator activity no more. I'm just another user like u or anyone else. I just try to make things better ...
Here suggestion to link somehow duplicates or similar posts.
you can use MagicUV addon for not. I think it is included, you just need to enable it
* @zelfit * magic UV is not that reliable, it is not instant view, needs to be updated, and sometimes not showing with high number of UV islands
