Sculpt: Fairing brush (from the Sculpt Dev branch)
The sculpt dev branch is a branch that developers used to test and develop new sculpting features. Unfortunately, the branch is not in active development anymore, but it still has some very useful features that didn't made it to the main Blender version... so it would be great if they were ported to the main Blender...
One of the features is:
The Fairing brush
We can think of Fairing as an alternative smoothing operation... and unlike the regular smooth, fairing creates a smooth as possible geometry with less pinching, bumps, and other undesirable artifacts... you can even smooth down large parts of a mesh very quickly with it...

Quite handy... 👌

I am a simple man, I see Fairing Brush, I upvote.
I still keep a very old 3.0 build of the sculpt-dev branch, because it has all the goodies, including the Fairing Brush.
It's especially useful for stylized stuff with low density meshes. The standard smooth brush just destroys them, but the fairing brush keeps all the nice curves.
It's also good for eliminating those weird smooth shading distortions caused by 3/5-sided poles.
One big downside is that the brush never supported multires :(
Here's the code for the brush, for anyone interested:

Blender CEO's should put a small team to work 100% of time in sculpting, it's hard to see something so powerful forgotten.
Hope things get better after 4.3 release with the new asset library.
