  • I know that can be long list some times, but:
  • there is option to disable/enable addons and was option in old version to easy manage tabs/tools on right side
  • also can be 2 tabs in Properties, the list of active addons, and list of whole addons to show/hide (not like Perferences to install/uninstall, just for instaled)

blender.community/c/rightclickselect/28BN/ Redesign the property panel

  • also can be some shortcuts to addons, to call/hide/show in Addon-Properties tab related with these 2 tabs to easy swith, eg. by numbers positions
  • in whole list of addons, to limit one addon, can be filter just for names of addon, or for functions just one or whole (combolist of functions for search)

Addons should be located where the dev wants to, first.

Then, where the user wants, second.

Putting all addons ui in one place is bad, it's just asking for clutter. No matter where you put it.

What it should be all about is to change Blender's BPY so that addon devs can put anything anywhere easily - first priority.
And ideally, an easy way for the user to customize everything afterwards, without the need for the addons devs to develop their own dedicated tools for that.
